Whispering Hope through Hearing Loss: A Woman’s Surrender to the Still, Small Voice is my memoir about losing my hearing and learning to lean on my faith in God. While I did receive cochlear implants after ten years of struggle with progressive hearing loss, it wasn’t a perfect solution and it absolutely wasn’t immediate by any means. I had to learn to hear again. I wrote this novel for those who suffer in silence and for those who want to walk the path with them. https://enroutebooksandmedia.com/whisperinghope/

I’ve also wrote a coming of age short story, “Pebble Beach” in Novellum Magazine. Be sure to check that out. https://www.novellummagazine.com/

An elegantly bound leather journal with a rich, matte navy cover and subtle gold-embossed detailing, its textured surface catching faint light. The journal rests atop an antique wooden writing desk with a muted walnut finish, surrounded by a few scattered, handwritten pages and an ink pen. Gentle, diffused morning light filters through a nearby window, casting soft, elongated shadows across the desk and highlighting the journal's refined contours. The mood is contemplative and serene, evoking a quiet moment of creativity and introspection. The composition is shot from an eye-level angle with a selective focus on the journal, softly blurring the background for a minimalist, sophisticated, photographic-realism effect, perfectly aligned with the website’s introspective authorial theme.
