Bernadette Griffith

Bernadette Griffith is a Catholic writer and cochlear implant recipient whose work explores coming-of-age moments of loss through faith and surrender to God's will. She brings humor and compassion to her storytelling and holds a M.Ed., a B.A. in English Literature, and a certificate in business administration. Living in Waynesboro, VA with her husband, three daughters, and two dogs, Bernadette continues to contemplate the still, small voice that calls each of us to trust God.

My First Book Signing

Well, my first book signing came and went. It was so great to see people and spend time with a few friends from various parts of my life! It was also really good practice for this book launch coming up.

My nerves were awake to say the least. It was a little awkward at times, but I think I know how to look more confident going forward. It might also help if I have more than 4 hours of sleep.

It’s crazy when you’re selling your own work though. I felt like I was selling lemonade or something, and then, I’d look down and think, “Oh, I did that!”

But… I did it. I had a book signing. GO ME! haha.
